Automatic Water Controller - Began developing an automatic water controller as an independent initiative, marking an early step into practical technology development.

NAST Researcher - Worked as a researcher at the Nepal Academy of Science and Technology (NAST), gaining experience in research and applied technology.

Emergency Alert System - Developed an emergency alert system during the election period in Dharan to support timely communication and alerts.

COVID-19 Response & Pothi Hatching Incubator -Developed a COVID-19 report management system for Mechi Hospital, BPKIHS, Bheri Hospital, Seti Hospital, and Karnali Provincial Public Health Laboratory. Also contributed to swab testing booth development and developed a Pothi hatching incubator, with the technology later exported to Bangladesh.

Developed an innovative Pothi hatching incubator as an early technology initiative. The locally developed machine gained recognition for its practical application and was later exported to Bangladesh.
COVID-19 Technology Solutions
Developed a COVID-19 report management system supporting Mechi Hospital, BPKIHS, Bheri Hospital, Seti Hospital, and Karnali PPHL, along with swab testing booth solutions.
National Youth Award
Suman Paudel, chairman of Kaicho Group, was recognized with the National Youth Award for his contributions to technology, innovation, and youth-led initiatives in Nepal.
